OBS Browser Source Stutter (video / obs.ninja)

Hi,

First, OBS is the best. Thanks!

But I'm having a problem. I want to add a video (youtube or obs.ninja) to my stream using a browser source. In Chrome all is well. But in OBS it look like this:

I tried turning on\off:
File > Settings > Advanced > Sources > Enable Browser Source Hardware Acceleration.
... but no improvement.

Thank for the help!

I did all this:
- Run as Admin - Check.
- Game BAR\DVR off - Check.
- Display set to 60hertz - Check.
- Energy Setting set to: High Performane - Check.
- I set all resolutions to 1920x1080, is that ok?
Sadly, no change...

NDI is for including MS Teams in my stream, I want to replace this with OBS.Ninja. But I can't because of this issue. I have a Dell XPS 13 2in1 7390, would an eGPU work? What enclosure\card would you recommend? Budget no problem.
