Question / Help OBS Broadcasting, Twitch not Receiving?

Hello,

I am broadcasting in OBS. My twitch dashboard preview says offline. My Twitch viewer count turned red and says 0 viewers (usually says 1, for yourself).

Reset stream key, no changes

Closed everything and reopened, no changes

I have made no changes to anything since I ended my stream yesterday.

The date is 2/28/2017

Any ideas?

I could not find any information that Twitch is partially down.

How odd, I originally thought it had something to do with OBS 18.0.0 update because that's exactly when I began having this issue as well. I was streaming earlier just fine with the older version. Not sure what happened.

This has literary happened to me JUST now. Im streaming Overwatch, and i said, let me restart because my gameplay was laggy, i try to log back in, and it says im offline.
