OBS broadcasting at higher rate than desired

Hi there,

Been using OBS for a while now but first time I've encountered this...

Have set audio output to 320 and that seems fine. Set video output to 3000, everything in settings seems fine. But... on attempting to stream, the broadcast is happening in anything up to 6000 and I'm getting dropped frames because of it.

Any idea what I'm missing here?
