Question / Help OBS Bricking system and crashing

OBS bricks my system, crashes itself, crashes games I'm playing. It was working about 2 days ago, and now it constantly ruins my PC when I open it.

Usermode software cannot "brick" your system. Your hardware is almost certainly faulty if you're experiencing all these issues.

Sorry 'brick' may be extreme. I meant that the screens will turn off and won't turn back on(programd still work), whenever it opens my PC will freeze up and it will crash multiple programs.
Also only happens when OBS is opened

Ok, it's not OBS that is the problem. The game I'm trying to run SCP SL is crashing itself, OBS, and freezing up my chrome twitch page.
It seems like only certain games break the program, some don't and it is consistent between Streamlabs OBS and OBS studio.
