Hi, I know that many people have posted this as well, but I've never found an awnser. I have:
Gtx 1060
I5 6600k
16GB RAM

I've been trying to record YouTube videos for a while, but no matter what I try, whatever settings, my gameplay become blurry, I run at ultra graphics at 180fps on BF4, so I have no idea why my quality becomes so fuzzy, i kindq would like it to be how i see it. Thank you. Also, I have a test video from BF4, hopefully you can see my problem:

You also shouldn't use CBR to record.
You should use CRF or CQP (depending on encoder) for recording.
Whichever one you use, set the value to 15.

That's YouTube compressing your video. You can't eliminate the blur but you can reduce it: Video Manager > Enhancements > Save. The video will convert to Google's VP9 codec after some minutes or hours.

The YouTube video is the exact same quality as the .MP4 file, so its not that... Its OBS, or something like that. Its really annoying because i know a lot of people who record in 1080p 60fps with the same specs as my pc, and the exact same software... :/

Have you tried using different encoders? They produce better quality than NVENC at lower bitrates.
