Question / Help OBS blurry recording

so i was just recording a video on obs when i realize the video was blurry i record at 1280x720 my bitrate is 40000 and my specs (if it matters) are Intel UHD 620 Intel Core i5 8th Gen and 12GB of ram. here is my log file :edit thanks fixed it dont reply anymore thank you Nacrogen!

i have that fixed now but its now pixelated and i dont know what bit rate i need to set it at i plan on recording 1280x720 dpnt reply! i have fixed it thank you for helping me!
