Question / Help Obs block my fps to 60 on csgo only

Hi,

i change my window recently (8.1 to 10)
and i have stream pubg & h1z1 without problem
but today i want to stream csgo and when i launch obs and csgo my fps block to 60fps
and when i quit obs my fps are good

Can you help me?

when i put my fps to 30 in video settings i have my good fps and when i go back to 60fps my fps ig has block to 60...
