I have a computer that recently upgraded to Windows 10. Ever since, the BlackMagic Decklink SDI1 and SDI2 will not show any video, not black, at OBS Launch.
What will bring the video from the cameras, is making any change to the properties of both sources. Then the two sources work fine from that point on until OBS is relaunched.
Changes that can bring up the camera, per source, is switching between the two SDI, resolution, channel, anything, then just click cancel. Any one change made will immediately bring up the camera, without clicking OK or Cancel.
Ran OBS in administrator, changed from Auto/Default to various settings, including the idea of matching settings with the BlackMagic Desktop Video Setup settings.
Removed the sources, readded, video will show just fine, until I close OBS and bring it back.
Reinstalled the BlackMagic software/drivers, and OBS. Windows 10 is on 1909. Reinstalled Video Drivers.
