OBS Black Screen

I'm trying to go live using the twitch plataform, however everytime i try to make a Game Capture my screen goes black. I have a AMD Radeon(TM) RX 560 Series
I've upload some images of solutions that i found online.
I've tried everything and don't know what to do, help me please (Sorry for my english i'm from Brazil)
