Question / Help OBS Black Screen Rome II and Attila !

I need help figuring out why the recording of Rome II and Attila is not showing the program and is black but the preview works...

I used the encoder settings before for Rome II and Attila before like months ago now it is not wanting to display the correct video output.

GL702ZC
Ryzen 7 1700
RX 580
16GB x2 = 32GB

obs is set to Run as Administrator

as a further note I made 50 youtube video recordings of Rome II Aurelian Campaign successfully.....so I came here looking for help...it has been months and I forgot how to get it to tweak and work before months ago....

settings are the same,so there shouldnt be any problem narrowing down the issue.I would appreciate some help here trying to figure out why it wont work?
