Hey I need help please, When I use obs to stream, in every other thing/game/environment I have like a steady 13k bitrate, if I go on steam launcher it's still fine, but the minute I launch a game, it goes straight to 0 - 135, I came here because someone in the obs server said to contact steam support because I tried everything on their end, and they said that it seems to be steam affecting my Internet/network condition, please help when you can !
