Hello, so im not really sure where to begin i reformated my computer about a week ago and before that i could stream fine with no spikes or fps losses however when i set it all back up im not having about a 25% frame loss as well as my bt/s tanks to 0 constantly. my download is 260mbbs and 30mbbs up but before it defaulted at 6000 bit rate and would stay at about 5k consistantly. sorry not really sure what info i need but will gladly get it as im sure this is a me issue and not obs. also i dont know if it helps but the issue does not start until a game starts loading. IE on league i can be in the client no problem but the second it switchs to the main loading screen it drops.
