im just streaming thru the pain,
but the problem is obs cant keep a bitrate stable either causing the stream to buffer constantly or dropping frames for about 30percent . posting in case someone can see an issue in the log
things ive tried already:
lowering fps to 30
lowering bitrate to even 1000
lowering res to 360
streaming with no scenes
switching servers
switching obs's
resting network
reinstalling network drivers in pc
running in admin
putting high priority

and also have testing internet during and after stream on:
ookla
speedtest
speedtest spectrum
dslreports
all reporting 220down 15 up
