OBS bitrate dropping

Recently i have been having a problem with my bitrate dropping while streaming and the game play becomes laggy on OBS. I know it's not my internet speeds because i have done multiple speed tests and they come back fine. Would anyone be able to help me out and look to see if anything flags up in my logs? Thank you!!

Dropped frames (network) is always an internet problem.
You either have that or encoding/rendering lags.

I mean, i always do a internet speed test when it happens and the results are always good. If it is a encoding/rendering lag, what does that exactly mean?

You should not be using multi-adapter compatibility mode with a single GPU. See also https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/dropped-frames-disconnecting-lag-read-this-first.8870/
