OBS Bit rate not going higher than 2500

Hello

Not really sure where to go exactly but I have been using OBS regularly on my 3080 for about 2 and a half years. I usually use a 6000 bitrate with a 320 audio bit rate and my streams have been fine for the past few years. Today, I try to stream and my bit rate can can barley go up to 2500 and has a low connection signal. I thought maybe some of my drivers might need to be updated and I did that. Still the problem persists. I all together uninstalled the program and then reinstalled the program with my saved setting and then when that didn't work I deleted my saved setting to. Ill post screen shots of my settings but Just not really sure what to do like I already said. MY PC specs are a Ryzen 9 5900X @4.9GHz with an RTx3080 10GB. I have a ethernet connection that I use with 5 G internet speed connection.

Please can anyone help?

Your connection is limited to a max of 1 Gbps per your network adapter / router / modem.
Please add at least a source. You only have a scene and nothing else added.
If you're new to OBS, please start here: https://obsproject.com/kb/quick-start-guide

Please follow directions and recommendations on the analyzer:

For better check the quality of your internet connection against Twitch servers, please use the app: https://r1ch.net/projects/twitchtest
Anything below 90 quality is bad and probably ans issue on your ISP. The closest servers to you should always be 100 quality.
Please post a screenshot of the results.

Most ISPs don't have good support for RTMP protocol (the one used for streaming) on all their network, or changed hardware without taking the appropriate care on this and that's why this issues present themselves out of nowhere.
Some ISPs share your connection bandwidth with other users in your zone. If the load from all of them is too much then your connection is degraded.

It also may be due to your ISP not allowing multiple RTMP streams, so you should test it unselecting Enhanced Broadcast on OBS settings.

As you can see on the twitch test results you have an issue on the network.
Start by using a wired connection. Wi-fi isn't reliable enough for streaming. Once you get the wired connection, test it again.

If you get similar results, contact your ISP about the issue. Specifically on the RTMP protocol, used for streaming.
Please do not use network optimizations on OBS when you retest it. Also, don't use enhanced broadcasting.

If you get good results, you're done.
