Hi can somebody help me ? I need best setting for my computer...

When i start stream on twitch is everything ok but ingame i have little lags..

This is the OBS Studio support section, and you're still using OBS Classic. First step would be updating to OBS Studio as Classic is a dead project. Download links to OBS Studio can be found on the front page or by clicking "Download" at the top of the forums.
