ok after a week now i understand what is the problem whit my 1800 x ryzen...
it cant keep up whit the stream and my display which is asus rog pg 279q 2560'1440...in game all on ultra and so on...
on 720p all is buttery smooth ...is like i don't even stream...truly great...will go from here on 720p 60 fps...
