OBS Base Canvas Setting Swap?

I stream to twitch and therefore keep my settings mostly to the standard base resolution settings, however when I record videos for tiktok from areas of my desktop I switch the base resolution to 1080x1920 in order to get the video size correct without any black bars or issues.

However, when I switch back to 3840x2160 all my sources are now set to the 1080x1920 base resolution, and I need to completely resize and recrop every source back to where I had it before. Is there any way to avoid going though all this hassle?

You can create a second Scene Collection for the vertical canvas mode. I use one for when I'm streaming 720p native.
