Question / Help Obs bad livestream

Hello guys i have a problem with my livestream...
My specs :
- I7-7700k 4.2 Ghz ( Not Overclock)
- Asus Strix Nvidia Gtx 1080 TI 11 GB 352-Bit's ( No overclock)
- 16 GB Ram DDR4 2400 Mhz
- Cooling CPU With liquid with rezervor and pomp with 2 radiators with 4 Fans with 2500 Rpm
- 1 HDD 1 TB
- 1 SDD Normal 250 GB
- 1 SSD M2 150 GB

My problem it's when i start live stream with nvidia or quicsync or x256 (CPU) my live stream get blury or pixels when i move.. when i stay look fine but when i move it's blury or pixels ... i try all the settings and nothing ..

my cpu get overload on veryfast on cpu... and get lagged ...

Can you help me guys ..... i try alot of things and nothing...

First too much bitrate, look to YT help (typical for 1080p is 6000-10000),
second did you try at lower resolution?
and last limit the number of frames in the game.

i try all setings..... but that blury and pixels it's bad .....

Blur is normal, h264 is losess encoding.
Any samples with blur ?
Maybe your gpu is too load?
