Question / Help OBS Automatically turning Streaming/Recording on/off

Hi all,

So the issue I'm having with my OBS Studio 0.13.1 64-bit. Randomly turning my recording and streaming on and/or off on it's own (or alternatively, I'm hitting some hotkey I don't know about). I currently have hotkeys set like this:
Ctrl+NumPad7= Start Streaming
Ctrl+NumPad8= Stop Streaming
Ctrl+NumPad1= Start Recording
Ctrl+NumPad2= Stop Recording

I doubt I'm hitting the hotkeys since my hand does not go over there randomly.
System Specs:
Windows 7 64-bit (Home)
16GB RAM
Intel i7 Processor (quad core)
GeForce GTX 760
*Also have AnkhBot R2 1.0.0.64 running too
