OBS automatically stop streaming at 0kbps then program not responding.

Hello, I'm having a problem regarding obs, there are times that when I'm streaming to obs, it will automatically stops on streaming, bitrate is stuck on 0kbps green, when im trying to end task the program, then window will disappear but the obs.exe is still running on the bg, tried to end task the exe file but I'm receiving an error that I cant end task the program, tried restarting the pc but it takes too long to restart (sometimes its stuck at restarting), is there any fix on this, gonna try re installing it.

Alternatively, uninstall it. Then uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix the changes made by this plugin. Now please do a test stream/recording of more than 30 seconds and post the log file here.

hello, sorry for the late reply, i removed se.live and re installed obs, and it seems working fine now, i streamed on twitch for 4 hrs and no disconnections at all, here is my log file. thanks for the help!
