Question / Help Obs Auto-Configuration Wizard

So I am trying to stream to Twitch/Youtube but it doesnt work. I tried to use the Obs Auto-Configuration Wizard, but when i get the results it gives me Video Bitrate 27, fps 30 and Output (scaled) Resolution 853x480. I just got a new pc, so bad pc can´t be the reason.
Pc parts: Ryzen 5 2600x
Asus Dual Gtx 1060 6gb OC
G.Skill Ripjaws 16gb 3200
Samsung Evo 860 250gb

I have tried to put my own settings, but that doesn´t work either. And also when I try using speedtest.net, it says "A socket error occurred during the Upload test "
Someone help me plz.

Upload the log that contains the entries with the autoconfiguration wizard.
If your PC is new and not just worked to its fullest capacity yet and exhibits problems not related to OBS (like your speedtest problem), it might be that it is a general PC issue and no OBS issue.

I had the same issue (speedtest problem) with my last pc.
