This issue is isolated to VLC (video player) and OBS.
The video feed itself is fine. The audio just stutters for some odd reason. It has happened recently. The only things I have done recently was Windows update + Install iCloud. Already had Itunes installed.
Tried updating drivers, looking in my sound setttings, Googling, etc.
Also it is not my mic. When I was recording audio for a youtube video in OBS, I noticed the stutters during playback. Switched to Audacity to record my audio and it was perfect.
Same thing with VLC. I like to watch anime I have stored on my drive. VLC was always perfect, especially a week ago. Now when I play a show, again, the footage is fine- the audio cuts out every few seconds. I guess this is not "stuttering", but more of it cutting out every 2 seconds. I switched to another player (KMPlayer) to play my anime .MKV files, and it is perfect, how VLC should have been.
I am not sure why there is a correlation to VLC audio and OBS audio. I just know something happened to have this occurred around the same time. It's frustrating.
