I've been streaming pokemon sword to discord for my friends to watch for months now. But today I was streaming, took a nap (played some pokemon in bed), came back and tried to stream and my audio didn't start playing through OBS like it normally does. I've been messing with it for over an hour, evening reinstalling.
Step by step for set up:
Make video capture device source.
Go to settings->Audio to make sure monitoring device is set to my speakers. Make sure Global Audio Devices has my speakers selected.
Go to Advanced audio settings for my capture source. Make sure Video Capture Device is active, and set to "Monitor and Output".
Still no audio.
Go to Video Capture properties, and try to enter "Use custom audio device", but my speakers aren't an option.
I try a multiple of options such as: Adding a new Audio input and output source, messing with the settings.
I try each "Audio Output Mode",
All unsuccessful.
Any suggestions?
