Question / Help OBS Audio Problems

So, I believe my issue probably lies in my audio settings in OBS, but honestly I am not sure. I am using a capture card to record the screen, and the video quality and audio quality of the game is fine. But, my mic sounds like I'm very far away and my friends keep lagging around when they werent lagging at all in the party.
