So I feel like this will help some people who might have been experiencing the same issue as me.
Basically, for the past 2 weeks my streams have been perfectly fine but on my latest stream the game audio was out of sync with the game and it got worse as the stream went on. I've spent almost an entire day trying to fix this and I finally found a solution that worked for me.
So I thought what was the thing I've changed in between the two streams where it was perfect for me then not working at all. And it was my Nvidia drivers. After installing the 388.13 drivers which are apparently optimised for NFS Payback and the new Call of duty that was when I was experiencing issues. I deleted them, reverted back to 388 and everything's fine again.
I hope this works for anyone else who's been experiencing a similar issue as it took me a while to figure out for such a simple fix!
