Question / Help Obs audio distortions/ drop outs

Hello, Im new to obs studio and really need some help from you guys. I want to start streaming DJ mixes but during recording some audio distortions occur . I use allen&heath ZEDi10 mixer which has a dedicated ASIO driver where I can set the buffor size and latency. In the last few weeks I recorded like 20 - 30 hours with a different buffor size and latency and the longest session without any audio distortions was maybe 16 minutes but usually it is around 7. Once recorded around 30 minutes to cubase using this mixer and default settings ( buffor size - Auto, USB Streaming Mode - Reliable) and didnt see any drop outs. When recording using OBS and logitech C920 camera, from time to time, almost regularly audio drops for a split second every few minutes. Im thinking that it must be something Im doing wrong with OBS settings or maybe it is my laptop?
Can you help me solve this please ? Attached the log file from the last session. Can anyone have a look and try to help ? Or maybe there is something else I should try or what Im doing wrong ?? If you need more information please let me know.

Your OBS is out of date-- you've got 21, the latest is 22. The updater is broken, download a new copy.

Windows 10 Game Bar feature is on which can reduce OBS performance. You can try turning that off.

There is some audio buffering in your log but no hint of the cause, although it can be caused by system overloading, but I don't see other evidence of it.

14:31:44.708: adding 23 milliseconds of audio buffering, total audio buffering is now 116 milliseconds

Thank you for reply. My laptop is quite new has 8gb of ram and I7 processor which shows the usage of around 25% when I record.
When I turn the mixer on and look at the driver it says - current sample rate 48000 Hz and theres no option to switch to 44100. Then I turn the OBS on and the sample rate changes to 44100 in the mixers driver as this is what is set in OBS audio settings. Is that ok or should I try recording using the higher 48000 Hz sample rate in OBS?
Just switched the game bar off and downloaded latest obs studio . I Will install it today but this might take some time as I dont remember exacly all the steps how to configure it. I did this by watching youtube videos ;-/ Maybe will go easier this time... I will try to record another 20 minutes after I switched that game bar off and see how it goes then I will install newer version of OBS. I have many more log files I could upload but also understand that you may not want to look at all of them. Is there anything else I could do or what to look at in those files? Probably will be better if I upload another file after reinstalling. Thank you for your time. I hope everything is undertandable as I dont speak perfect English, I really do my best :) . One more thing, do you think that a shorter usb cable would change anything?. Is it worth trying? . Currently is 2 meters long I was going to buy like 0,5m. Or it does not matter?

The only really important thing about the sample rate is that everything be set to the same rate, because if an audio capture device is set to one rate and OBS is set to another, you can introduce artifacts or pitch shifting.

Maybe someone else can say but I don't know that a 1.5m difference in USB cable length would matter.

Most audio issues are upstream of OBS, aside from either sample rate mismatch or similar.
