Question / Help OBS - AUDIO CUTS ON AND OFF DURING STREAMS 10.14

MACBOOK PRO Mid 2015 16GB ram 2.2 i7 OBS 24.06

I see other posts on this but it is not for my situation and I wanted write my specs

I notice during streaming my audio spits or cuts out for a quick half second in certain parts of the stream

Encoder x264 - rate control CBR
Bitrate 1500 kbps
audio 44.1

Is there anything I could adjust here to lose the dropouts?

Issue is with the obs camera plugin:
