Question / Help OBS audio channels and Adobe Premiere don't get along

So, I have 3 channels set up in OBS for recording. One for gameplay, the second for my voice, and the third for discord audio. Everything I do works as intended up until the point I import the video into Adobe Premiere.

The video itself does indeed have the channels properly working. But when loaded into Premiere it only has the audio of the first channel present. I have no idea what the cause or solution is. Any help is greatly appreciated.

If relevant, my recordings are done in mp4 format
Edit: recording format isn't relevant, remuxing from mkv to mp4 doesn't solve anything

use Y.A.M.B to extract the audio tracks it takes a few seconds or use mvktoolnix can extract the tracks also.. i have videos on this not sure if able to link them.

If you have Adobe Premiere Pro cc2017/2018 will see the tracks even 2014 will i think

they are the only fast programs to do this with mp4 files how ever if you export to ts file you can import this and will show all the tracks... no demux needed..
