Question / Help OBS + Asus Laptop

Hi everyone.
I'm sorry if this is the incorrect section to post this.

I need some help with my OBS. I've been trying to get the right balance between fps & quality but can't seem to get it right. I either get good quality and crappy fps or good fps and crappy quality. So please could you guys help me out with the settings
I sometimes record and sometimes stream so I'd need settings for both if you could help. I'd preferably like to record in 60 fps.

I have an Asus GL552VW-DH74
CPU: Intel i7-6700HQ (2.60GHz)
Ram: 32GB
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GTX 960M
Resolution: 1920x1080

Net speed: (It's pretty fast today)
Ping:12ms
Download: 28.62mbs
Upload: 7.46mbs

Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

Im also having issues with asus laptop, high encoding warning and even dropping a lot of frames when i try to stream to beam

CPU :intel i 7 4500U @ 1.8 to 2.4 ghz
Ram: 8GB
Graphics Card: Nveda geoforce M735
Internet: 60 down 5 up

Ok did that and the quality seems a bit better for now. Will check again when I get to a section with lots of movement.
But now the video doesn't seem smooth anymore. It's a bit choppy. Like it's skipping some frames.
