OBS appears to stop responding after using source record.

We've seen an intermittent error using source record where OBS sometimes stops responding after pressing 'Stop recording' when the source record filter has also been running. We're using OBS Studio v29 on an M1 Mac running macOS Ventura.

Can anyone give advice on how to track down what may be causing the issue?
