Bug Report OBS APP crashes immediately when I "Start Streaming" on MAC

This is my first time using OBS or any streaming software, so I'm sure that I am the problem. I have the MacBook pro with Touch Bar.
MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2016, Four Thunderbolt 3 Ports)
2.9 GHz Intel Core i5
Intel Iris Graphics 550 1536 MB
I have downloaded OBS and followed the start instructions to the T on mixer, but every time I push start streaming it immediately crashes. I'm not sure what the issue is, but I am including the crash report below. I have put all the settings on the bare minimum, so I have no idea what the issue is. If you have any information or additional help I appreciate it.

Hey, I have the same issue on my iMac, this worked perfect until I updated OBS. Anyone any ideas on this as I am now having to stream to Twitch :(

Yeah, I have been having that same issue as well. I am not sure if it is the Mac or the update to OBS.

If you're having a crash when you start streaming to Mixer with FTL, that's a known crash with Mixer's FTL streaming code that was introduced into OBS 21.1.0. They need to fix that bug. Until then, you can stream to Mixer with RTMP.

If you're having a crash when you start streaming under any other circumstance, that's a different problem. In that case @Grant Peach and @FAMER4 , you need to make your own threads and include log files so that someone can help you. @FAMER4, please don't resurrect threads that are months old.

Current workaround is to downgrade to 21.0.3 which still has functional FTL streaming.
In fairness, I don't think the OP's issue was that, as their crashing thread involved CoreAudio device enumeration/loading. Streaming to Mixer with RTMP is also valid workaround for the FTL issue, unless you need FTL.
