Question / Help OBS and Streamlabs OBS Backround problem

Hello, I ran into a weird problem a couple of days ago. When OBS or Streamlabs are in the front of the screen they work OK but when I have a game in front and the programs in the backround When ever I press either the hotkey for REC or the MIC Push To Talk they don't work. The game is recorded normally with it's sound being OK.
Any help would be apriciated. Thanks.

If the game is running as admin, then OBS also needs to run as admin, since non-admin apps can't read keys sent to admin apps.
