OBS and Streamlabs both make my AMD crash

Possible causes : Afterburner + RivaTuner or my Eset antivirus.

What I did :

1. Compatibility win8 (not working), reboot then win7 (not working), reboot then with afterburner closed and Eset deactivated (worked), then eset deactivated and kept afterburner (worked) then compatibility off (so back to my normal win10 x64 pro up to date) and afterburner on but eset deactivated (worked), so I then added the .exe everywhere I saw it was possible in ESET (there are like 4-5-6 places where we can stop a .exe to be detected and analyzed with this stupid anti-virus). I rebooted and it worked. I was sure the problem was fixed. I added the Streamlabs .exe and tried it but my AMD crashed. I dont know if I had to add two .exe or what... I rebooted and launched OBS to do what I wanted to do AND IT CRASHED AGAIN ! So my problem was not fixed at all, I was just lucky...

I don't know what cause this. When my AMD crash, 4 times on 5 my whole PC freeze and I must force restart it. My drivers rarely come back.

My AMD drivers for my AMD RX 560 are : whql-amd-software-adrenalin-edition-23.7.2-win10-win11-july25.exe
My win10 is 22H2 --> 19045.3324
My dxdiag and OBS logs :

This is an indication of defective hardware or driver issue. If you already use the current and properly installed drivers for your hardware, the issue might be due to overclocking, overheating, insufficient power supply, faulty memory, incompatibility between mainboard and graphics card.

This is no issue with OBS. Fix the hardware issue, and OBS will not make the system crash any more.

I don't overclock, My temps are fine I always see them 24/24 in my game (overlay) and in my desktop next of the windows time (50-70 C), my MOBO bios tell me my power supply is more than enough, I have no problems with my memory, about the "incompatibility between mainboard and graphics card" I don't understand what you mean ? Why would it be incompatible !?

There are some combinations of mainboard and graphics card that might result in instability, as well as some memory and motherboard (for this, there are compatibility lists from mainboard vendors that contain tested RAM products). If your computer worked fine previously with OBS, it's probably not that, but if it never worked, there might be an issue.

However, whatever it is, it is a hardware or driver issue. if you suspect Afterburner, RivaTuner and Eset, uninstall them and test without them. In case of Eset, you don't need a separate virus scanner product anyway - the integrated Microsoft Defender is all you need.
