Weird. I use a Stream Deck (15 button) running version 6.0.1 (17722) Firmware version: 1.00.003 and it works fine with my MacMini M1. Though I did begin to notice after a while I would hear usb audio interference when I had It connected to an Anker USB HUB connected to my MacMini. I moved it to a USB port on my MacMini Satechi hub/expander and the interference stopped. Is your stream deck connected directly to your computer?
