Obs and steamlabs keep crashing my computer after I have been streaming for an hour or so please help.

Issues with third party apps must be asked to their support.
On the crash report you can see the streamelements plugin which is known to break OBS. You should contact their support about this.
Alternatively you should completely remove this plugin. Use the uninstaller they provide and then manually remove the leftover files they keep in %appdata%\obs-studio\
Once you finish with this, uninstall and reinstall OBS in order to fix any other changes the plugin may have done.
If you do need the plugin, you have to contact their support.
