OBS and Panasonic Camcorder HC-X920M Issues

Hi, complete noob here, looking for some help please.

I have a Panasonic Camcorder HC-X 920M. By all accounts this should work with OBS using a Video Capture with the Camcorders HDMI output, however OBS refuses to find the Video Capture. The VC is found in device settings and the camcorders ports are all working properly. Can anyone help or shed some light on what I might be doing wrong.

SOLVED: Since I can't figure out how to Edit or Delete a comment in the OBS forum, I will add to this post that the problem was not OBS or the hardware, it was that that the PC had privacy settings enabled that effectively hid all cameras from external software like OBS.
