OBS and NVENC or AMD encoder error

First time posting here so please bear with me.

I have seen many posts with this error but can not seem to find a solution that fixes the problem.

I have uploaded the log file and hope that somebody can help me sort it out and appreciate that help 100%

That millicast output is provided by a third party. You're going to need to go to them for support.

Thanks Harold, I know it is a different build but it is what they supply to stream to them. I shall try to twitch account and see if any different, It just will not start up the stream at all, always comes up with "Starting the output failed, Please check the log for details. Note: if you are using the NVENC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date" so I am not even sure if it is getting to the stage to stream.
