OBS and Multi-Output Device

Hi all,
I need help for a very precise thing. I've been chosen to handle the technical part of an online event for my company. We have a speaker, a webcam, a yeti microphone, different scenes with videos and catchy transitions, speaker have a screen with timing and view of the program window of OBS.
At a certain point of the event, the speaker will have a Q/A with a random guest on Zoom.

The speaker will see the guest with a splitted HDMI screen. The guest will hear the speaker with the Yeti mic. The speaker have airPods and me my headset plugged in. The speaker and me needs to hear the guest. I've installed BlackHole Audio and configured a Multi-Output Device. I've configured OBS with the correct audio source in a scene.

But, impossible to monitor the sound from any source to a multi-output device or an aggregated one. It's a bit depressing.

If you have any idea to help me monitoring the sound with a multi-output or an aggregated one, please let me know !
