OBS and GSTREAMER RTSP

rtsp://192.168.1.23:554/user=admin&password=&channel=1&stream=0.sdp?real_stream
works in obs media and VLC.
I have installed gstreamer and the plugin.
What do i do to get it to work in the gstreamer plugin.
I have watched several videos, and read many posts and suggestions. Its all very confusing.
My IP camera has serious audio lag when using either Media or VLC.
So I am looking to use gstreamer.
Help please.
In th gstreamer pipeline textbox I have tried many things.

rtspsrc location=rtspt://admin:@192.168.1.23:554 latency=100
rtspsrc location="rtsp://192.168.1.23:554/user=admin&password=&channel=1&stream=1.sdp?real_stream"
and many more.

I finally got something:
uridecodebin uri=rtsp://admin:@192.168.1.23:554/Streaming/Channels/0 name=bin ! queue ! video. bin. ! queue ! audio.
with 'Use Pipeline Timestamps" checked for both video and audio.
Thanks to some one in these forums

But while it starts out in sync, it drifts after 12 hrs to the audio lags behind about 15 secs.
Stepping into another scene and back re-sets it but why does it drift?
It drifts in the OBS environment, and YouTube reflects this drift.
