OBS and game run perfect but output recordings are 1-5 fps

I looked all over the forums and saw many recommendations to fix this but nothing so far has worked. Here is my log file:

I am running a 2300$ PC with an i7 and 2070 super. I don't think it's my specs.

Your logs don't show any sign of performance issue with recording. Use a different media player such as VLC or mpc-hc. Not the Windows integrated video player.
