First off I want to apologize first because I just realised that the issue is not an OBS issue but I guess some of you guys must have an answer maybe?
I have a windows 10 PC and an elgato hd60s plus also installed the app for it the "4k utility" but for some reason I do not see in the app the option for Input that says "with Analog Audio" I kinda need it because I stream using a PS4 OBS with this hd60splus and I am going to need that functionality to get the game audio and chat.
