Question / Help OBS and DeepFreeze

Hi there, I'm going to live stream from a PC that has DeepFreeze installed. The owner can unlock it for me to setup OBS, but I think the settings will be deleted after session end because they are stored in AppData, right ? There is any solution to keep my settings over there? They told me that they have DeepFreeze installed on C:\ so I am a little bit worried about that.

You can always do a portable installation to a USB drive. Run OBS with the --portable argument to store all data in the application folder.

Thank you ! So, if I install OBS on a USB drive and I use --portable argument it will save all the data on it ? :)
