Question / Help OBS and 4k60

Hi there, I have an issue...My OBS will not pick up my 4k60 capture...its working just fine in the capture software from Elgato...Please any help would be greatly appreciated...Im not really sure which logs to use with these so im just going to send though the most recent...

That log snows no attempt to use the card.
