OBS always worked fine now it's lagging and low quality after not changing anything.

Hello,
On my side (obs) everything looked fine but the stream was lagging.
Then after a while, it started to look bad on my side too but GPU, CPU whatever was fine not overheating or anything.
Does anyone know what causes this? id love to hear!

And if someone is good with the OBS settings and doesn't mind helping me go through them via discord that would be awesome too!

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
