OBS always says it didn't shut down properly

Hi there.

Been having this issue for a while where OBS will always tell me it didn't shut down properly the last session even when I closed it like normal. It doesn't show the pop up when I open and close in Safe mode.

I've looked through the log files and I can't make heads or tails what is causing the problem and how to fix.

Can someone help me identify the cause

typically a third party plugin, my first guess would be the se.live plugin but you'd need to remove each to test.
