Question / Help OBS Always Crashing

Hello everyone

I use OBS for some months now, but recently i formated my PC and since that my OBS is always crashing after 3 to 5 minutes after i started streaming, i already formated the PC again but the problem keeps happening.
Here is one of the crash reports, they are always the same.

You need to update your BIOS or turn off any overclocking.

My MB was on Boost mode, just shut it down and everything ok now,
