OBS All of a sudden goes to 0 Kbps

OBS all of a sudden goes to to 0 Kbps. CPU percentage is like 1 percent. Internet is good and works fine, I have only encountered this issue playing Diablo 4 beta. When I try to stop stream or exit OBS it crashes and wont let me do anything, and I have to ctrl alt delete close process. When I analyze the log, nothing of note comes up. Please check this out and help if you can.

Check your stream with

Twitch Inspector

Also, make sure your Streamdeck plugin is upto date and other plugins

I am having this issue too and I have a decent setup going on.

I'm having this issue too on my PC. I have a i9 9900k, 32bg of ram and an GTX 3080. It seems to happen more often for some games than others. For me it happens a lot with Diablo 4 and Hogwarts Legacy. I tried witching ingest servers but it didn't help.

OBS reports 0 kbps but does your stream die or degrade I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the Kernel-level anti-cheat that these games are using I might interfere with the way OBS hooks into various parts of the OS

Update: I reduced the graphics in Diablo 4 and the 0kbs issue seemed to have stopped. Specifically setting Textures to Med (3GB) instead of High (8GB) fixed it for me. Oddly my GTX 3080 has 10GB of memory, which I had thought would be enough. I guess its not if I'm streaming.
