Question / Help OBS all of a sudden dropping frames (log file included)

There is my log file

We never have had issues with obs ever, but all of a sudden I can't stream at all. The frames keep dropping and my connection goes from 5k down to 0k.

CPU specs

i-7 7700-hq
nvidia 1060
12gb ram


Please if anyone can help me out with this I would greatly appreciate it.

This issue has never happened before. I tried doing messing with the OBS settings but its still not working. If anyone can please help us out.Thanks

Can you look at the log file I posted up and see if you see anything?

You're using quite a high bitrate. Can your connection even handle 10000kb/s?
Are you streaming to Twitch? I've read that Twitch simply cuts you off if you try to stream with more than 6000kb/s.
