OBS Alert only plays sound and not visual.

I have searched to see if anyone has had similar problems, but didnt find anyone. The fact that it plays the sound means that it is connected to the alert URL.
I have tried making a alert with 2 different sites (streamelements and the twitch default one). I followed Cpaws Music Streamelements alerts tutorial and have gotten this result. Any suggestions?

I'm having the same issue. I set up Twitch Alerts, they work fine when I preview them on the Twitch website, but when I send a test alert to OBS, I hear audio but do not see any video/image.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled OBS, created only one source (for Twitch Alerts), and I'm still having the same problem.

Error message in the log file:

I know I'm a year late but this worked for me: Settings > Advanced > Sources > Turn OFF Enable Browser Source Hardware Acceleration. Was looking through forums and no one had the answer for this but this was a lucky shot that maybe will also work for y'all.

Actually, You're just in time for me. I'm not really a streamer. Tried it these last couple years but never really set up my alerts. I just tried to set them up and only the audio played with no visuals. I've been trying for 2 hours, watching videos and reading forums. Your post worked for me. Thank you.
